Besiktas defender Ersan Adem Gulum on Monday completed a 7 million euro ($7.8 million) move to Hebei China Fortune.
The 28-year-old Turkish international’s move to the Chinese Super League was revealed last week.
Gulum, a center-back, has appeared 126 times for Besiktas, scoring three goals, since joining in 2010.
He is the latest footballer to be lured to China from Europe during the winter transfer window. Hebei China Fortune recently signed Gervinho from Roma and Stephane Mbia from Trabzonspor, as well as winger Gael Kakuta from Sevilla.
Jackson Martinez, Fredy Guarin, Ramires and Alex Teixeira are the other prominent Chinese signings from European clubs.
