Turkish, Bulgarian presidents meet in Istanbul for talks

ANKARA

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday hosted his Bulgarian counterpart Rumen Radev in Istanbul for talks.

The leaders held one-on-one talks at Vahdettin Mansion, which will be followed by a joint news conference.

Erdogan and Radev discussed various aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries and steps to enhance bilateral cooperation.

Current regional and global developments were also on the agenda.

Erdogan later will host a dinner in honor of Radev.
