Iraqi Parliament Speaker Osama al-Nujaifi said that "some sides in the Iraqi government did not stay loyal to agreements."
Speaking on a Turkmen TV channel in Kirkuk, al-Nujaifi underlined that "some sides in the government were accused of terror."
Touching on Irbil agreements which ended with the establishment of the Iraqi government, al-Nujaifi stressed that the agreements were not implemented despite carrying positive points.
The Iraqi government was not established in a just way, al-Nujaifi noted.
On Turkey, al-Nujaifi said that Turkey was at an equal distance to all Iraqi groups.
