Freedom Flotilla Coalition has 430 miles left and will reach the Gaza borders within three or four days, the coalition's Türkiye representative told Anadolu.

"Hopefully, within the next three or four days, we will reach the borders of Gaza to enter Gaza's territorial waters, break this blockade, and show our solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the (Global) Sumud Flotilla," Behesti Ismail Songur told Anadolu.

The Freedom Flotilla, led by the vessel Vicdan, includes 10 other vessels and includes world-renowned health care workers, doctors, nurses, representatives of media organizations, and three members of Turkish parliament, Songur added.

The vessel Vicdan set out to help supply medical supplies for Gaza, he highlighted.

Stressing that they will continue their struggle to the end to break Israel's inhumane blockade and open the way for ships carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza, Songur stated: “There is actually a profound message here that needs to be understood.

"After October 7, we prepared and launched the Vicdan ship. Immediately afterward, we launched the Madleen ship and then the Hanzala," he added.

It has now been accepted by the conscientious people of the world that this blockade will be broken and that it will happen by sea.

Stating that dozens of people who set out with the Sumud Flotilla are being held in Israeli prisons, he stressed: "There is a truth that Israel must understand.

"No matter how hard it tries to hinder these flotillas, they will grow, and this civilian anger, this justified anger, will reach the borders of Palestine and break this blockade."
