One person was lightly injured and several others were treated for shock after rockets fired from Lebanon struck northern Israel, Israeli media reported on Wednesday.
Sirens warning of rocket and missile fire were activated in Kiryat Shmona and nearby communities, including Kfar Giladi and Tel Hai, after a barrage from Lebanon, the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said.
A projectile impact was detected in Kiryat Shmona following the barrage, the daily said.
Additional sirens were activated in Mitat and Hurfeish in the Upper Galilee, as well as in Nahariya and surrounding areas, including Shlomi.
Channel 12 said a building and several vehicles were hit in the attack.
There were no immediate reports of further casualties.
The attack came amid heightened regional tensions, as the US and Israel have been carrying out airstrikes on Iran since Feb. 28, killing more than 1,340 people so far, according to Iranian authorities.
Tehran has retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, as well as Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries hosting US military assets.
