Malcolm Brogdon, who plays guard for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers, have tested positive for the coronavirus, he confirmed Wednesday.

"I recently tested positive for the COVID virus and am currently in quarantine. I'm doing well, feeling well and progressing well. I plan to join my teammates in Orlando for the resumption of the NBA season and playoffs," Brogdon said in a statement.

Brogdon, 27, joined the Pacers in 2019 and averaged 16.3 points, 7.1 assists and 4.7 rebounds this season.

He was named Rookie of the Year in 2017 when he played for the Milwaukee Bucks.
