European stock markets close higher, except France
Italy's FTSE MIB 30 posts best performance among major European stock exchanges, going up by 0.92%

All major indices in Europe closed Monday in positive territory, except France.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, slightly rose by 0.33 points, or 0.07%, to close at 472.21.
London's FTSE 100 was up 18.27 points, or 0.25%, to 7,222, while Germany's DAX 30 gained 56.25 points, or 0.36%, to 15,599.
France's CAC 40 dropped 20.82 points, or 0.31%, to 6,712. Italy's FTSE MIB 30 climbed 244 points, or 0.92%, to 26,815.
Spain's IBEX 35 went up by 14.15, or 0.16%, to close at 8.920 on Monday.
