Basketball: 2 players contract coronavirus at Zenit

ANKARA 

Russian basketball club Zenit Saint Petersburg on Friday confirmed that their two players and a staff member have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

"As a result of regular testing of the main team, positive results of the Covid-19 were revealed in the players Anton Pushkov and Austin Hollins, as well as the masseur Andrei Kozlov," the club said.

"Unfortunately, despite the full range of measures taken by the club to prevent coronavirus infection, we cannot avoid losses," Zenit said on Twitter.

The infected persons have been placed in isolation.
