The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 1,078 Turkish liras at 08.00, 09.00, 17.00 and 18.00 local times (0500, 0600, 1400 and 1500 GMT), while the lowest will be 434.99 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.4% to 458.72 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 865.67 liras and 871.87 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday was set as 1,078 liras between 15.00 and 20.00 local time (1200-1700 GMT) with the lowest at 400.01 liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.44 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Tuesday.
