The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 315.76 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest will be 197 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Tuesday showed an increase of 0.85% to 147.16 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 292.49 liras and 293.77 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 309.78 liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 193.87 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.87 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Tuesday.
