The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 317.13 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.34 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Tuesday showed a decrease of 3.44% to 175.78 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 300.74 liras and 302.68 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 370.00 Turkish liras at 14.00 and 15.00 local times and the lowest at 224.35 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.24 Turkish liras at 1137 GMT on Tuesday.
