The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 338.34 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 212.18 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Monday showed an increase of 15.71% to 158.56 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 316.47 liras and 319.07 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday was set as 335.07 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest was 169.50 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.04 Turkish liras on Monday at 1111 GMT.
