The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 337.98 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199.99 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday showed a decrease of 8.62% to 130.88 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 307.68 liras and 308.31 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Friday was set as 336.98 liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 274.87 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.94 Turkish liras on Saturday.
