The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,217 Turkish liras between 17.00 and 20.00 local time (1400 - 1700 GMT), while the lowest will be 764.18 liras at 02.00 local time (2300 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.28% to 507.67 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 953.42 liras and 956.41 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Friday was set as 1,217 Turkish liras between 17.00 and 21.00 local time (1400 - 1800 GMT), with the lowest at 670 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.70 Turkish liras at 1109 GMT on Saturday.
