The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 323.62 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 168 liras at 00.00, 03.00 and 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday shows an increase of 24.24% to 105.18 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Monday is calculated as 280.22 liras and 288.03 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was set as 322.93 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest was 147.12 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.79 Turkish liras at 1214 GMT on Sunday.
