The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1099.99 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time (1400GMT), while the lowest will be 500.01 liras at 03.00 local time (0000GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday electricity market showed an increase of 19.8% to 419.64 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 738.97 liras and 744.40 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 898.41 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time (1500GMT), with the lowest at 550 liras at 09.00 local time (0600GMT).
US$1 equals 12.4 Turkish liras at 11.24 GMT on Sunday.
