The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,750 Turkish liras at 02.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate is determined as 1,280.01 liras at 06.00 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 42.4% to 1.25 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,185.72 liras and 2,219.38 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set as 2,746.90 Turkish liras at 09.00 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,000.01 liras at 04.00 p.m. local time (1300 GMT).
US$1 equals 16.88 liras at 1114 GMT on Sunday.
