The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 326.87 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest will be 164.64 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Sunday showed an increase of 23% to 161.3 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 290.18 liras and 294.51 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 306.47 liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest at 174.26 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.86 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Sunday.
