The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 326.44 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 208.99 liras at 13.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an decrease of 10.01% to 131.6 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 180.82 liras and 280.86 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour on Thursday was set as 329.16 liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 219.47 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.75 Turkish liras at 1121 GMT on Thursday.
