The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 320 Turkish liras at 09.00 and the lowest will be 274.10 liras at 23.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 8.89% to 173.58 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 309.34 liras and 309.78 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 339.18 liras at 18.00 and the lowest at 290.66 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.37 Turkish liras at 1126 GMT on Thursday.
