Spot market electricity prices for Sunday, Jan. 12

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 132.2 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 330.62 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 253.42 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday showed a decrease of 8.13% to 132.2 million liras compared to Friday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 310.32 liras and 311.66 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday was set as 338.26 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 279.99 liras at 03.00 local time.

US$1 equals 5.87 Turkish liras on Saturday.
