Gasoline sales in Turkey increased by 7.60 percent to 243,702 cubic meters in October compared to the same month of 2015, Turkish Oil Industry Association (PETDER) data revealed Wednesday.
Compared to the same month last year, diesel sales rose by 5.16 percent to 2.29 million cubic meters in October 2016.
Autogas LPG sales in October totaled 263,758 tonnes, increasing by 2.51 percent from 257,311 tonnes in October 2015.
Additionally, gasoline sales in the January-October period of 2016 rose by 5.96 percent reaching 2.49 million cubic meters compared to the same period last year.
Diesel sales also increased by 7.30 percent to 21.33 million cubic meters over the same period while auto LPG sales saw a rise of 2.55 percent to 2.64 million tonnes in the ten months of 2016.
