The trade volume of Turkey's spot natural gas market saw a 42.6% decrease to 2.63 million Turkish liras on Wednesday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Thursday.
The trade volume on Tuesday amounted to 4.59 million liras.
On Wednesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 1,472 liras, while the total natural gas volume amounted to 1.78 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 106.7 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Wednesday.
US$1 equals 5.69 Turkish liras.
