The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 7.6% to around 6.69 million Turkish liras on Wednesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Thursday.
Total trade on Tuesday amounted to about 6.21 million liras.
On Wednesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 13,687.44 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 497,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 92.5 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Wednesday.
US$1 equals 38.92 liras at 2.03 p.m. local time (1103 GMT) on Thursday.
