The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 22.14% to 3.32 million Turkish liras on Wednesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Thursday.
Total trade on Tuesday amounted to 2.71 million liras.
On Wednesday spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 12,587.61 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 264,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received 279.34 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Wednesday.
US$1 equals 35.45 liras at 2.09 p.m. local time (11.09 GMT) on Thursday.
