The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 5.75% to around 31.24 million lira on Wednesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Thursday.
Total trade on Tuesday amounted to about 29.54 million lira.
On Wednesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,445.54 Turkish liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 2.21 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 305 million cubic meters on Wednesday.
US$1 equals 42.96 liras at 2.41 p.m. local time (1141GMT) on Thursday.
