The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed a decrase of 56.3% to 6.46 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to 14.83 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 9,981.78 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 648,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received 156.59 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 18.94 liras at 2.19 p.m. local time (1119 GMT) on Wednesday.
