The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market increased by 20.4% to around 13.38 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to about 11.1 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,423.08 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 930,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 245.17 million cubic meters on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 43.96 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Wednesday.
