The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 8.8% to 33.13 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Friday amounted to 30.43 million Turkish liras.
On Sunday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11,147.70 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 2.97 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 96.08 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equals 28.59 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
