The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 67.1% to around 13.7 million liras on Sunday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to about 8.2 million liras.
On Sunday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 17,693.69 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 776,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 115.1 million cubic meters on Sunday.
US$1 equals 46.82 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
