The trade volume on Turkey's spot natural gas market saw an increase of 361.7% to 75.86 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to 16.43 million Turkish liras.
On Sunday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 10,070 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 7.53 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 223.25 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equals 13.38 Turkish liras at 1100 GMT on Monday.
