The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 21.57% to around 18.88 million liras on Saturday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Sunday.
Total trade on Friday amounted to about 15.53 million liras.
On Saturday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11,932.72 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 1.58 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 198.7 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Saturday.
US$1 equals 34.55 liras at 2.32 p.m. local time (1132 GMT) on Sunday.
