The trade volume of Turkey's spot natural gas market increased by 25.2% to 3.83 million Turkish liras on Monday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Tuesday.
Total trade on Sunday amounted to 3.06 million liras.
On Monday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 1,307 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to 2.91 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 273.3 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Monday.
US$1 equals 7.45 Turkish liras at 1102 GMT on Tuesday.
