The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed a decrease of 51.2% to about 1.97 million Turkish liras on Monday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Tuesday.
Total trade on Sunday amounted to around 4.04 million liras.
On Monday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 9,673.29 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 204,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received 95.36 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Monday.
US$1 equals 32.50 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Tuesday.
