The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed a decrease of 34.8% to around 3.58 million Turkish liras on Friday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Thursday amounted to about 5.49 million liras.
On Friday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,526 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 247,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 194.77 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.
US$1 equals 42.50 liras at 2.36 p.m. local time (1136 GMT) on Saturday.
