The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market decreased by 44.8% to around 7.81 million Turkish liras on Friday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Thursday amounted to about 14.14 million liras.
On Friday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,773.18 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 532,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 227.05 million cubic meters on Friday.
US$1 equals 44.07 liras at 2.26 p.m. local time (1126 GMT) on Saturday.
