The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed a decrease of 40.4% to around 13.8 million Turkish liras on Friday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Thursday amounted to 23.1 million Turkish liras.
On Friday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 12,993.69 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 1.06 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 170.3 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.
US$1 equals 28.99 liras at 2.57 p.m. local time (1157 GMT) on Saturday.
