Spot market natural gas prices for Friday, Aug. 5

The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 0.66% to 90.51 million Turkish liras on Friday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.

Total trade on Thursday amounted to 89.92 million liras.

On Friday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 17,350.27 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 5.21 million cubic meters.

Türkiye received 124.5 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.

US$1 equals 17.91 liras at 02.32 p.m. local time (1132 GMT) on Saturday.
