Türkiye's liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production increased by 2% to 89,359 tons in July compared to the same month in 2024, according to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
EMRA's latest LPG market report showed that the country's LPG imports increased by 3.4% to 317,290 tons in July, with the majority of imports from Algeria, Russia, the US, and Georgia and Croatia.
The country's LPG exports also rose by 115% year on year to 38,607 tons in July.
The top ten destinations to which Türkiye exported LPG were Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Greece, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Marshall Islands, Lebanon, and Free Zones of Türkiye.
Total domestic LPG sales reached 357,527 tons in July.
