Turkish LPG Association elected the CEO of Turkish energy company Ipragaz as their new president on Thursday.
Eyup Aratay, who acted as the CEO of Ipragaz since Sept. 30, was elected unanimously to his new position with immediate effect.
Ipragaz is a leading LPG company in Turkey that was established in 1961.
The company now has over 1,000 employees and 3,000 dealerships in Turkey.
Turkey has the second largest autogas market in the world after South Korea, the result of spectacular growth in consumption since the end of the 1990's when a ban on autogas vehicles was lifted.
