Vestas secures 50 MW wind order in China

- Deliveries are expected to begin in third quarter of 2020

Vestas received a 50-megawatt (MW) wind order in China with a five-year active output management and service agreement, the company announced on Monday.

Deliveries are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2020, with commissioning planned for the same quarter.

The customer and project names are undisclosed.

Vestas designs, manufactures, installs, and services wind turbines across the globe.

The company, with more than 25,000 employees, has installed 113 gigawatts of wind turbines in 81 countries.
