The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 490 Turkish liras at 14.00 and 19.00 and the lowest will be 341.67 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 1.85% to 235.62 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 398.09 liras and 400 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 529 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 284.77 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.35 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Wednesday.
