The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 324.41 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 199.49 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an increase of 15.36% to 103.49 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 257.49 liras and 258.21 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 321.42 liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 110 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.81 Turkish liras on Thursday.
