Norway's total sales of petroleum products fell to 654 million liters in November 2019, a 5.9% decrease compared to the same month last year, according to Statistics Norway on Wednesday.
For gasoline sales, the statistics office said the volume decreased to 76 million liters - a year-on-year decline of 3 million liters.
Sales of diesel amounted to 242 million liters, a fall of 15 million liters compared to November last year.
Data from the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, the Norwegian Petroleum Institute and oil companies provide data from which the statistics authority has produced monthly figures since 1973.
