Karmod manufactures armored security cabins for energy facility

- Company continues to manufacture high-specification security structures tailored to needs of Türkiye’s rapidly developing sectors, manager says

Turkish prefabricated building manufacturer Karmod made bulletproof armored security cabins for an IT company serving the energy sector in Türkiye’s northern Zonguldak province, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The company continues to manufacture high-specification security structures tailored to the needs of Türkiye’s rapidly developing sectors, said Enes Kizilbay, Karmod's cabin sales manager.

Karmod supplies bulletproof armored security cabins to a wide range of companies, from the energy sector to the defense industry, Kizilbay said, adding that demand for such structures has expanded beyond traditional public-use areas.

“Armored security structures were previously preferred mainly by public service institutions such as law enforcement agencies and buildings like embassies,” he said.

“In recent years, companies operating in Türkiye’s growing sectors have increasingly begun to opt for specially designed bulletproof armored security cabins. Firms in the energy and defense industries stand out among these sectors. In addition, management headquarters such as holdings, as well as financial, R&D and IT centers with high security requirements, are using our bulletproof armored cabins.”

Kizilbay also emphasized that the company carries out project-based production tailored to client needs.

“We offer nearly 10 standard armored security cabin models in different sizes and designs, and armored sentry shield systems are also included in our product range,” he said.

“At the same time, we design and manufacture high-quality security structures customized to the specific expectations of companies in Türkiye’s developing sectors.”

Providing details on the latest project, Kizilbay said the production was carried out specifically for an IT firm serving an energy facility in the Caycuma district of Zonguldak.

“Within the scope of the project, we produced and delivered triple-set armored sentry shields along with 200x250 armored cabins,” he added.
