- John Kerry says he will travel to Vienna in coming days to join Iran nuclear talks

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has been discharged from hospital after receiving treatment for a broken leg.

Kerry had to cut short a European trip after a leg injury sustained in a bicycle accident in the French Alps two weeks ago.

After being discharged from Massachusetts General Hospital, Kerry told reporters he had spoken to President Barack Obama as well as his team at the State Department.

Kerry said that he will be traveling to Vienna in coming days to join talks between the world powers and Iran on its nuclear program

As the parties are scheduled to come up with a comprehensive deal by the end of June, Kerry said he would go there "to press forward at this critical moment of the negotiations".
