Hourly power consumption peaked at 20.00 local time with 40,33 megawatt-hours, data from TEIAS showed.
The country's electricity usage dropped to its daily lowest point of 29,850 megawatt-hours at 07.00.
Total electricity production reached 864,148 megawatt-hours on Wednesday, with a 0.34% rise compared to the previous day.
The majority of the output came from imported coal plants totaling 207,928 megawatt-hours.
Natural gas and hydroelectricity plants followed with 194,731 megawatt-hours and 158,248 megawatt-hours, respectively.
Also on Wednesday, Turkey’s electricity exports were at 4,780 megawatt-hours while imports reached 4,944 megawatt-hours.
