Spot market electricity prices for Wednesday, Sept. 30

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 185.61 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 421.04 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 292.75 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 0.53% to 185.61 million liras compared to Monday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 333.74 liras and 336.788 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 525 liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest at 247.58 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 06.00 local times.

US$1 equals 7.79 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Tuesday.
