The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 445.56 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 243.99 liras at 02.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.7% to 172.23 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 309.81 liras and 243.99 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set at 317.69 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 244 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.9 Turkish liras at 1300 GMT on Tuesday.
