The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 329.77 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 217.82 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 7.51% to 168.5 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 287.92 liras and 289.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 335.55 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest as 245 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.97 Turkish liras at 1123 GMT on Tuesday.
